Read the agent instructions ↗On this page
When to use it
You want the agent to work through the night without waiting for replies.
Try it with your agent
/overnight Continue the agreed implementation for eight hours. Stay within the existing permission boundary. What you get
- The shared unattended run files and evidence.
- A MORNING-REPORT.html summarizing the run.
Requirements and boundaries
- The unattended package, installed automatically with overnight.
- The unattended time, usage, runtime, and authorization requirements.
This is a preset of unattended, with an eight-hour default and the same default 10-point allowance.
The readiness scan covers credentials, browser paths, long waits, process survival, and persistence in the actual runtime. Gaps are reported without blocking other authorized work.
New runs use ~/.unattended-runs/. Historical ~/.overnight-runs/ files remain untouched.
Install with the official skills CLI. Version 1.7.0 requires Node.js 22.20.0 or later, npm/npx, Git, and network access. The command pins this catalogue’s source branch to master; @latest may change CLI requirements.
Installation defaults to the current project. The CLI lets you select agents and symlink or copy files; add --global only when you want a user-wide installation. Update with npx skills update. Review local changes before updating; this catalogue does not provide a backup guarantee.
Install overnight
Choose your agent, then run the command in your terminal. Read the installation guide for package setup and update notes.
